- Full-time Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead our quality management initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
ISO 13485, ISO 9001, FDA
regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and will be responsible for maintaining and improving our quality systems. This role offers an opportunity to oversee quality control processes, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements to uphold the highest standards of product quality and safety. Duties Lead and coordinate quality audits across manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems aligned withISO 13485, ISO 9001, FDA
regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and other relevant standards. Oversee quality control and quality inspection activities to identify areas for improvement and ensure products meet specified quality criteria. Manage QA/QC procedures throughout the production cycle, including documentation, reporting, and corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project management initiatives related to quality improvements and process enhancements. Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Train staff on quality assurance protocols, regulatory compliance, and best practices in manufacturing environments. Prepare reports on quality metrics and participate in management reviews to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Proven experience in quality assurance , quality control , or related roles within a manufacturing setting. Strong knowledge of industry standards such asISO 13485 , ISO 9001 , FDA
regulations , HACCP , and CGMP . Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough quality audits and inspections. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and perform detailed analysis. Experience in developing and maintaining effective quality management systems . Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously. Exceptional communication skills for training staff and collaborating across departments. Relevant certifications in quality management or auditing are preferred. This position is integral to ensuring our products meet the highest safety and quality standards through rigorous oversight, strategic planning, and continuous process improvement. #CORP-1Pay:
