Type:
full-time A leading process manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance/ Quality Control Supervisor to oversee and enhance all quality assurance and quality control operations within a multi-shift manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for managing quality management systems, ensuring regulatory and customer compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, or a related technical field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of quality assurance experience within a manufacturing environment.
- At least 2 years of experience leading or managing quality personnel or quality functions.
- Experience developing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Experience with audits, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), process improvement, and quality documentation.
- Manufacturing experience within process manufacturing, industrial products, minerals, chemicals, or related industries preferred.
Special Requirements:
- Quality certifications such as ASQ Certified Quality Manager (CMQ/OE), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or equivalent preferred.
- Experience with
ISO 9001, ISO
13485, GMP, HACCP, SQF, or other industry-specific quality standards preferred.
- Knowledge of OSHA and workplace safety compliance requirements.
- Ability to work onsite within a multi-shift manufacturing environment.
