Quality Engineer

The QA Engineer responsibilities include implementing quality assurance principles, checking that all safety and quality standards are met, and ensuring all products meet set requirements before they reach consumers. Our ideal candidate is highly knowledgeable about quality assurance and quality control procedures, can effectively manage a team, and has excellent problem-solving abilities. Ultimately, the role of the QA Manager is to ensure that our products, applications, and systems work correctly. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met. Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally. Develop and manage quality assurance metrics for performance improvement of all teams. Lead and mentor QA team members, as well as manage outside contract testers.
