Quality Manager General Responsibilities:

• Manage QA department activities including records for NCRs, DMRs, and other quality reports, employee management and supervision
• Oversee/ perform and coordinate product nonconformance audits
• Manage the Hold Area's Inventory and communicate with CSRs, sales, and customers to ensure the products are effectively and properly dispositioned

Physical Requirements:

• Stand, bend, squat, stoop frequently
• Lifting requires up to 20lbs

• High school diploma/ college
• preferably Math Major
• Must understand and be able to follow verbal and written instructions
• Must be able to effectively communicate information and respond to questions from various levels of the organization
• Must have computer knowledge and skills
• Must be detailed oriented
• Must have excellent Math Skills (Decimals, Fractions etc.)
• Familiar with Dimensional Measuring Tools
• Must know how to read a ruler with 1/32" increments
• Must be able to use, calibrate or check the functionally of a bar code scanner, lift force, torque tester, densitometer, micrometer and caliper.
• Must be able to distinguish various shades of color
