Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with

ISO 9001

2015 standards Lead internal audits and ensure compliance with all regulatory and customer requirements Develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures and documentation Train and mentor quality team members and production staff on quality standards and best practices Analyze data and trends to identify root causes and implement corrective/preventive actions Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, and operations teams to ensure product excellence

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (preferred) Experience in a quality leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong understanding of

ISO 9001

2015 quality management systems Proven ability to manage audits and continuous improvement initiatives Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
