Job Description

Core Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline 7+ years of progressive engineering and/or quality leadership experience
Preferred Requirements:
Master's degree Experience with ISO 9001 or comparable quality management systems The successful Quality Manager will oversee the technical functions responsible for ensuring manufacturing processes are capable, repeatable, and positioned to consistently deliver against customer expectations. With responsibility spanning quality, engineering, metallurgical, and laboratory activities, this leader will focus on strengthening process discipline, improving yield, and solving complex manufacturing challenges.
Responsibilities:
Create greater consistency across manufacturing by establishing technical standards, process controls, and operating practices that reduce variation Attack the primary drivers of scrap, nonconformance, and yield loss through disciplined analysis and permanent corrective actions Coordinate technical resources across Quality, Engineering, Metallurgy, and Laboratory functions to resolve complex production and product issues Guide new product and process introductions from initial requirements through qualification and manufacturing readiness Represent the organization on technical matters involving customers, auditors, and applicable regulatory organizations CiresiMorek is a team of experienced industry professionals known for a hands-on, relationship-driven approach.
