The Role:

Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System Manage external certifications, internal audits, customer audits, and corrective action programs Lead and develop Quality Assurance personnel supporting premium product lines Support customer quality requirements and promote a strong culture of quality throughout the organization Travel occasionally to support customers, audits, and business requirements

The Person:

Quality leadership experience within metals manufacturing, aerospace, industrial, automotive or related industries Experience with quality systems, audits, corrective actions, and certification management Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, Materials Science, Quality Management, or related technical field desirable Desire to build a long-term career within a growing industry leader
