Quality Assurance Coordinator California CareGivers - 3.6 Sacramento, CA Job Details Full-time $24 - $25 an hour 21 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) 401(k) matching Paid sick time Qualifications Driver's License Full Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Coordinator to help ensure the highest level of care, safety, and client satisfaction. This position combines field visits, caregiver support, training, quality assurance, and administrative responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-home client visits to assess care quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Coach and support caregivers in the field. Complete client visit documentation and follow-up reports. Assist with caregiver onboarding, orientations, and ongoing training. Support quality assurance initiatives and compliance efforts. Provide caregiver coverage and assist with urgent staffing needs when necessary. Required Qualifications Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) license required. Previous experience in caregiving, quality assurance, or healthcare compliance strongly preferred. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance. Ability to obtain and maintain Home Care Aide registration, TB clearance, and First Aid/CPR certification. Schedule Full-time Hybrid schedule with regular field visits and office work Occasional evenings or weekends as needed for training or urgent client needs Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance 401(k) Plan (eligible after 1 year of employment) 401(k) Employer Match up to 4% Two (2) Weeks Paid Vacation (accrual begins after 90 days of employment) 40 Hours of Paid Sick Time Per Year (accrual begins after 90 days of employment) What We're Looking For Strong communication and organizational skills.
