ServiceNow QA Lead

Experteer Overview In this high-visibility role, you will establish a world-class QA practice for an enterpriseServiceNow environment, leading cross-functional testing for complex IRM and Security Operations. You will shape end-to-end QA across manual and automated efforts, accelerating release cycles and reducing production defects. This is a chance to influence the DevOps lifecycle and contribute to global growth with scalable, strategic testing solutions. You will partner with stakeholders to ensure compliance workflows are robust and auditable.

Compensation / Benefits

• Define the overarching QA roadmap and manage a mix of manual, automation, and business testers to ensure end-to-end coverage
• Design and execute test plans for complex IRM/GRC workflows, including policy attestations, risk scoring, and vendor assessments
• Build and maintain scalable automated test suites using ServiceNow ATF and other enterprise tools to accelerate releases
• Lead defect triage to prioritize and root-cause issues, preventing production defects
• Coordinate testing for major platform upgrades, patches, and integrations with external systems like HRSD, ERPs, and Identity platforms
• Establish quality KPIs (defect trends, test coverage) to provide data-driven release readiness insights Tasks
• 4+ years in Software QA/Release Management
• at least 3+ years dedicated to the ServiceNow platform in an enterprise setting
• 2+ years as a QA lead mentoring junior testers
• Proven experience testing ServiceNow IRM/GRC and

CMDB/CSDM

modules in regulated industries

• Hands-on mastery of ServiceNow ATF, Jira/Azure DevOps, and API testing tools like Postman
• Deep knowledge of Functional, Regression, Integration, and UAT testing in Agile and CI/CD
• Experience leading Defect Triage meetings and influencing Product Owners and Architects
• Experience validating complex APIs and middleware between ServiceNow and third-party providers Key requirements
