Quality Manager at a leading foam manufacture in North America Job Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of quality engineering, statistical process control, advanced quality planning, PPAP and TS16949 activities, quality lab activities Educate/mentor team and drive lean concepts and WPS using the toolbox Drive out waste through VSM, 5Q or LTR activities. Management Representative (MR) and Customer Representative (CR) for TS16949 Plan, promote, and organize training activities related to product quality and reliability, TS16949 and material testing Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Woodbridge's policies & procedures and applicable government laws, bylaws, and legislation. Customer & Supplier liaison Supervise the Implementation and maintenance of the IMDS program Investigate and resolve Supplier and Customer concerns or problems Continuous improvement of quality systems and methods Qualifications

• College diploma or university degree in the technical fields of science or engineering, required.
• 5 to 8 years of quality related experience and/or training, in progressively more responsible positions, preferably in an automotive manufacturing environment
• 2 to 3 years supervisory/managerial experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Background in automotive quality systems and TS16949 preferred Salary information: per hour (Salary is dependent on experience) $40- $55 per hour based on education and experience.

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
