Job Description Summary:
We are currently hiring for an immediate position of QA Manager. The ideal candidate should be expertise in supervisory and managerial skills. This job will be responsible to ensure that our product and services meet external and internal requirements to include legal compliance and customer specifications and expectations. To coordinate the activities required to meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
The following duties will vary according to the needs of the organization. Normal duties will include, but are not limited to, the following: Performing egg handling reviews Assist in maintaining biosecurity standards in the Pedigree Hatchery and production facilities, including compartmentalization Maintaining all aspects of the ISO system for Pedigrees and Crossville GGPs including document updates, training document maintenance, and audit assistance Ensuring that the Crossville QA team assigned duties are fulfilled Managing the QA data that is being collected and ensuring data is accurate Conducting mortality investigations Serving as a liaison with external parties on matters relating to the quality assurance system Generate reports related to Biosecurity, Animal Welfare, ISO, and Quality Facilitate audits for animal welfare, biosecurity, compartmentalization, and others related to the quality assurance system Monitor and advise the performance of the quality management system and produce data and reports on performance, measuring against set indicators, collecting and analyzing performance data and charts against defined parameters
Job Qualifications:
BS in related field preferred 3 plus years in a related field, preferably in both hatchery and production
ISO 9001
