Job Description
Position Overview Responsible for all quality-related activities at MSG. Ensures that all
ISO 9001-2008
requirements are met, and all pertinent documentation is maintained. Assist all Suppliers in the same. Essential Job Functions- Ensure MSG achieves and maintains
ISO 9001-2015
certification.- Define/write QA procedures and processes.
- Review and maintain product work instructions.
- Ensure all departments procedures and processes and maintain records.
- Report to Staff at Management Reviews the status of Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensure incoming material is processed expeditiously and paperwork routed to correct department.
- Ensure quality of all products and services provided by MSG.
- Strive to continually improve quality at MSG.
- Maintain QMS records as documented.
- Ensure all Suppliers maintain appropriate quality standards and documentation.
- Ensure all technical documentation incorporate pertinent QA/ISO-related standards.
- Manage a team of quality specialist. Accountabilities

- Bachelor's degree (industrial management, engineering, or physical science preferred).
- Perform tasks of ISO Management Representative.
- Knowledge of quality systems, primarily
ISO 9001-2015.
- 10 years' experience in manufacturing industry
- 5 years' experience in quality roles.
- Understand machining and welding requirements and processes.
- Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Ability to travel.
