QUALITY MANAGER

Spring Hill, TN, OPmobility Exterior

Lead, engr, perform, &assure validation &continuous improvement of Spring Hill Plant mfg &assy processes, applying QA techniques, SAP QM & web-based QIM, ∫ernal tools, to improve GR&R ∾hieve ∈crease OEE &reduce failure rates, customer claims (warranty &0km), ≻rap costs during high volume production of psgr vehicle ext syss &cmpts incl. injection molded front/rear bumpers &liftgates. Lead/supervise 6-person team w/ Qlty Engr, Qlty Tech./Liaisons, & Supplier Tech., to perform plant wide

DMAIC &6

Sigma, based on statistical tools such as Pareto Chart, SPC, Cpk, Ppk &DOE anlys. Act as plant point of contact on product qlty issues, coordinate, ⊃port prod. qlty engrs to identify, manage, &resolve plant intl. &cust. product qlty issues, analyzing data &ensuring execution of corrective/preventive actions. Bachelor, Indl. Engrg, Mechatronics Engrg, Mfg Engrg, or related. 60 mos exp. as Engr or related, engrg or validating plant mfg or assy processes, applying QA techniques &SAP QIM, to meet/improve GR&R, increase OEE, reduce cust. claims (warranty/0km), during prod. of psgr vehicle sys or cmpt, or related.
