We have been redefining what it means to be clean with our 'RNA Quality Standard.' This unique approach combines efficient and effective cleaning methods that we have honed over three decades, always striving to surpass our client's expectations. What We Are Looking For RNA Facilities Management is seeking a hands‑on, customer‑focused Janitorial Quality Assurance Manager to elevate service delivery and ensure contract compliance across assigned client sites. Maintain standards for safety and regulatory compliance (PPE usage, chemical handling, SDS, equipment lockout/tagout); reinforce incident‑prevention behaviors. In healthcare and high‑risk environments, ensure infection‑prevention protocols are followed (e.g., isolation rooms, terminal cleans, sharps awareness, biohazard segregation). Verify equipment readiness and PM adherence (e.g., autoscrubbers, vacuums, burnishers) and ensure proper dilution and dispensing of chemicals.
Support onboarding and upskilling:
train staff on SOPs, equipment, appearance standards, and client‑specific protocols; certify competencies. Collaborate with scheduling/operations to align staffing and periodic projects (floor care, carpet extraction, high dusting) with service windows and KPIs. Maintain accurate QA documentation, client communication logs, and follow‑ups in the inspection platform; ensure transparency and traceability. Drive a culture of continuous improvement using 5S, standard work, and PDCA problem‑solving. Other responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor.

Strong knowledge of custodial methods (restroom sanitization, floor care systems, carpet care, waste/recycling, specialty surfaces). Proficient with mobile inspection tools and MS Office/Teams; data‑driven with the ability to turn findings into action. Excellent communication and client‑facing skills; able to coach, influence, and hold teams accountable across shifts. Reliable, safety‑minded, and familiar with chemical safety, PPE, and SDS practices. Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites; reliable transportation.
