Job Description:

We're looking for a Quality Control Supervisor to join a growing food manufacturing team and play a critical role in ensuring product safety, quality, and compliance from raw materials through finished goods. ????

Location:

Dallas, TX ????

Schedule:

1st Shift (Monday-Saturday, 6:00-7:00 AM start) ????

Salary:

$60,000 - $65,000 What You'll Do Lead day-to-day quality control operations within the plant Conduct inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, HACCP, and SQF standards Investigate quality issues, customer complaints, and implement corrective actions Train, mentor, and supervise QC team members Analyze quality data to identify trends and drive improvements Partner with suppliers to resolve material quality issues Support internal and external audits and maintain proper documentation Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in food manufacturing in quality control Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality systems Experience with HACCP, SQF, GFSI, or similar standards is a plus Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field (or equivalent experience)
