Responsibilities include performing QC inspections of facility maintenance/ trades work to include internal audits, maintaining, and updating quality certifications, managing corrective action activities via quality management system, and acting as the company's quality management representative with customers. Develop quality plans by conducting analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits; monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures. Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends including corrective actions and failed processes.
