Position Summary The Quality Control Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the Quality Control Program and ensuring all custodial services meet contractual standards. Minimum Qualifications Minimum two (2) years of documented custodial services experience. Demonstrated experience conducting inspections and implementing quality assurance programs. Knowledge of custodial industry standards, performance metrics, and inspection methodologies. Ability to develop reports and perform trend analysis. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Control Plan (QCP). Manage contract-wide quality control activities. Conduct scheduled and unscheduled inspections. Monitor compliance with PWS requirements and quality standards. Identify deficiencies and initiate corrective actions. Maintain inspection records and quality documentation. Submit quality control reports and findings to management and Government representatives. Ensure non-recurrence of deficiencies through continual process improvement. Coordinate with QCIs and oversee inspection activities. Reporting Structure Must report directly to the Contractor's corporate quality organization and shall not report to the PM or APM. No dual-hatting as a supervisor or team lead is permitted.
Pay:
$30.00 - $50.00 per hour
