Quality Assurance Coordinator WaveCrest Staffing Group - 3.4 Fort Worth, TX Job Details Temporary | Contract $30 - $38 an hour 3 days ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Qualifications Teamwork High school diploma or GED Continuous improvement Quality improvement Critical thinking Full Job Description Our client is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to support quality and compliance activities within a medical device distribution center. This role is a great opportunity for someone with regulated-industry experience who enjoys quality assurance, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support daily QA activities in compliance with Good Distribution and Manufacturing Practices. Perform incoming, finished-goods, and in-process inspections. Manage Quality Orders and RMA processes, including documentation and product disposition. Generate NCMRs and support resolution of quality issues. Maintain the Quality Management System, procedures, work instructions, and records in accordance with
ISO 13485.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns and identify process improvements. Monitor temperature-controlled areas and support temperature monitoring requirements. Promote a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of Quality Assurance experience, preferably in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or another regulated industry. High school diploma or GED required; ISO 13485 or Quality Systems certification is a plus. Knowledge of FDA regulations and
ISO 13485
preferred. Experience with cold chain management and temperature monitoring is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and
D365 ERP
preferred. Strong communication, critical thinking, organizational, and decision-making skills.
INDBH Pay:
$30.00 - $38.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
