full-time What you will doAuthor the inspection and test plan (ITP) for every LV package: hold points, test methods, pass criteria, required documentation.

Hold the division of labor: the contractor tests and documents 100% of the work; EIG witnesses a sample of terminations plus every failure and every re-test.

Review all contractor test results: Tier 1 loss and length, Tier 2 OTDR where specified, polarity, end-face inspection, copper certification.

Set inbound material inspection standards so defects are caught at the dock, not in the hall.

Log non-conformances, track them to closure and report trends by contractor, crew and hall.

Verify labeling and administration against ANSI/TIA-606 and owner standards.

Own the certified turnover package for each hall: test records, as-builts, labeling records, warranty documents.

Direct Site Engineers on witness inspections and sampling.

Report quality metrics at the weekly owner review and each milestone readiness review.

What you bring10+ years in low voltage or ICT, including 4+ in a dedicated quality, commissioning or test role on data centers.

Expert with fiber certification: Fluke, EXFO or VIAVI platforms, OTDR trace interpretation, IEC 61300-3-35 end-face grading, MPO testing.

Working command of TIA-568, TIA-526-14, TIA-606 and BICSI 002.Experience writing an ITP and running a non-conformance process from open to close.

Independent judgment. You will sometimes be the person who says a hall is not ready.

Procore, Bluebeam and test-result management software such as LinkWare Live.

PreferredRCDD or BICSI Technician.

ASQ CQA or CQE, or equivalent quality credential.

Manufacturer warranty program experience (Corning, CommScope, Panduit).OSHA 30.Location and travelRemote (US), with regular travel to the project site in Mason County, West Virginia. Travel and lodging covered per EIG policy.
