Quality Assurance Engineer responsible for executing and maintaining quality systems, quality control plans, and production-floor quality compliance in a steel fabrication manufacturing environment. Job Requirements College degree or equivalent experience in a manufacturing or steel fabrication environment Working knowledge of a manufacturing quality management system Experience supporting quality execution in a steel fabrication manufacturing environment Experience working directly on the production floor with manufacturing and engineering teams Experience developing, maintaining, and executing quality management systems, quality control plans, programs, and policies Experience maintaining records and procedures in accordance with

standards Experience maintaining material test reports, certificates of conformance, and customer-required certification documentation Experience supporting welding, coating, and product quality requirements in manufacturing operations Preferred Skills Experience in steel fabrication quality assurance Experience supporting supplier quality activities Experience maintaining production and compliance documentation in ISO-regulated environments Experience working with welding and coating quality requirements Experience balancing production demands with quality system compliance Job Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and ensure execution of the facility quality management system and related quality control plans, programs, and policies Support quality assurance activities on the production floor in a steel fabrication manufacturing environment Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and suppliers to ensure welding, coating, and product quality requirements are met Maintain all required quality records and procedures in accordance with

ISO 9001

standards and company policy Maintain material test reports, certificates of conformance, and customer-required certification documentation Support ongoing quality system execution while aligning with production requirements and manufacturing constraints Help build and sustain core quality systems for fabrication operations
