Our client is a growing dairy manufacturer in the greater Lubbock, TX, area seeking an experienced FSQA Manager to lead its plant Quality and Laboratory functions. This is a key leadership role, partnering closely with Plant Operations to drive food safety, quality, compliance, and continuous improvement. The facility produces powdered milk, buttermilk, and butter, with spray drying, bulk butter packaging, and retail/co-pack operations serving major customers. They're looking for a strong, hands-on leader who can build accountability and develop the food safety and quality team. The role oversees a team of ~20 across FSQA and the lab and reports to the Division QA Manager, with a dotted line to the Plant Manager.
