Job Summary Oversee all quality assurance efforts within the organization, including the implementation and maintenance of

quality assurance program. Work with cross-departmental leadership to deliver high-quality products and services on schedule. Provide guidance, support, training, and ensure resource and company facilities availability. Work closely with other department heads to deliver high-quality products on time, hire quality technicians and analysts, lead incident investigations, and establish and maintain a quality system to ensure the company's facilities, equipment, personnel, methods, processes, and procedures conform to both internal guidelines and regulatory standards. Ensure quality by monitoring, appraising job results, planning, and defining and promoting a quality mindset across the entire company. Primary Responsibilities Develop and monitor quality assurance programs at TRC companies and organizations to ensure compliance with API Spec Q1 and
ISO 9001.
Administer quality assurance management systems. Evaluate and improve QA processes. Conduct internal and supplier audits. Document Management Review, Corrective Action, Internal Audit, Employee Training, and associated action items. Train line staff. Identify possible errors and areas of improvement. Maximize output and efficiency. Define QA policies. Evaluate business statistics. Analyze specifications and statistical data. Continuously improve upon QA processes. Hire, train, and supervise QA staff. Execute and implement continual-improvement applications and projects. Provide product support and customer communication and perform other quality-related assignments directed by management. Maintain document control to ensure applicable personnel are trained in the system. Preferred Technical Competency/Experience NDT/NDE Level I & II certification API Lead Auditor certification
ISO 9001
Lead Auditor certification Computer literate; basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience/knowledge in oilfield artificial lift technology, specifically sucker rod lift method Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.
