Job Description
Our client is a well-established and growing electronics manufacturing services (EMS) organization specializing in complex, high-reliability products for regulated industries such as Aerospace and Defense . With a strong reputation for quality, precision, and customer satisfaction, they are seeking a talented professional. lead site-level quality strategy and execution. As the Quality Manager in this high-impact leadership role, you will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of quality standards, you will lead a culture of quality, ensure compliance with industry standards, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class manufacturing performance. What You Get to Do Lead, mentor, and develop a team of quality professionals across engineering, inspection, and compliance functions Own and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards Set and execute the strategic direction for quality in partnership with site leadership Drive continuous improvement initiatives , focusing on defect reduction, process optimization, and cost of quality Analyze quality metrics and data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities Lead root cause analysis efforts and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Oversee critical quality processes including CAPA, NCMR, ECN, complaint handling, and document control systems Lead and participate in internal and external audits , ensuring full compliance with customer and regulatory requirements Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues and improve overall performance Manage supplier quality through vendor qualification, auditing, and performance monitoring Oversee calibration systems, testing programs, and quality-related training initiatives Lead Management Review processes and support Material Review Board (MRB) activities Ensure adherence to ESD programs and other compliance requirements within the manufacturing environment What Do You Need to Succeed? Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical) or a related technical field 8-10+ years of experience in quality engineering or quality management within an electronics manufacturing environment Strong experience working in regulated environments (ISO 9001, AS9100 required;

is a plus) Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams Hands-on knowledge of PCB assembly processes , including SMT and through-hole technologies Experience with quality auditing , regulatory compliance, and interpretation/application of standards Strong background in root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement methodologies Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and manufacturing documentation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and quality data analysis What's In It For You?
