Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Manager to lead and oversee the company's quality assurance and control functions. In this role, you will ensure that our products consistently meet the highest standards of quality. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality systems, conducting audits and inspections, and working with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related Engineering field 7+ years of work experience in Quality 3+ years of supervisory/managerial experience Sound problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills to address quality issues and drive improvements. Experience with industry standards and certifications related to quality management in manufacturing. Detail-oriented with excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve quality goals. Ability to work well in a team environment and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in quality management software a plus.
