Job Description:
Blue Hammer Roofing is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to join our team in Austin, Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all roofing projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for roofing installations. Regularly conducting project inspections to ensure commitment to our company standards and client expectations. Undergo training and continuing education of quality control standards and best practices. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and leadership skills. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety regulations. Ownership or daily access to a
