Monitor SDI Sinton's RMA system, direct claim flow where appropriate and work with colleagues and managers to reduce customer claims through preventative means. Conduct both quarterly and ad-hoc process audits with the other quality team members. Support safety initiatives throughout the mill. Regularly perform quality checks in office, laboratory, and production settings. Log results and communicate observations and proposed corrective actions to appropriate colleagues and management. Lead change with a customer and quality-focused mentality. Work with purchasing, sales, scheduling and production on change management practices.
