This is a key leadership position for an experienced quality professional who can take ownership of the company's quality program and drive continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing operation.

Responsibilities:

Lead and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) Oversee quality inspections, testing, and documentation Manage internal and external quality audits and ensure compliance with ISO standards Lead corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues Oversee supplier quality and work with suppliers to resolve quality concerns Monitor production processes to identify opportunities for improvement Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives Establish and track quality metrics and performance standards Supervise, train, and support quality control personnel Work closely with production and management to identify and resolve quality issues Ensure compliance with customer specifications and applicable regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

5+ years of manufacturing quality experience Previous quality management or supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of quality systems, inspections, audits, and corrective actions Experience with ISO compliance and Quality Management Systems Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Ability to work effectively with production, suppliers, customers, and management Looking for Work?
