Lead internal and external audits, including customer, regulatory, and third-party certification audits; manage corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes. Investigate quality deviations, customer complaints, and non-conformances; drive root cause analysis and effective corrective action. Review and approve batch records, specifications, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and validation documentation. Partner with Production and Operations leadership to resolve quality issues without disrupting plant throughput. Track and report quality metrics (e.g., first-pass yield, complaint rates, deviation trends) to plant and company leadership. Champion a culture of quality and continuous improvement across all shifts and departments. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field (equivalent experience considered). 3-5 years of quality assurance/quality control experience in a food, dietary supplement, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
