Job Description
RQ is currently seeking experienced Construction Quality Control Managers (CQCMs) to join our growing Field Operations team in Norfolk, VA . In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring construction projects are delivered safely, on time, and in compliance with the highest quality standards, with an emphasis on Department of Defense projects. This role may involve second-shift schedules depending on project demands. Local candidates are strongly preferred; however, relocation assistance may be available for qualified applicants. Position Overview As a Construction Quality Control Manager, you will oversee the implementation and management of project-specific quality control programs. Responsibilities include coordinating inspections, maintaining quality documentation, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and supporting positive client relationships throughout all phases of construction. This role is essential to maintaining RQ's commitment to excellence, safety, and client satisfaction.
