Compliance General Manager We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Regional Quality Control Manager to lead quality, food safety, and compliance initiatives across multiple Distribution Centers. This is a high-travel leadership position supporting new Distribution Center Go-Live and start-up projects over the next three years . The ideal candidate will be comfortable spending extended periods traveling and working directly with operations teams in Virginia, Pennsylvania, and New York . The Regional Quality Control Manager will play a key role in establishing quality standards, ensuring regulatory and food safety compliance, developing quality programs, conducting inspections, and supporting successful start-ups across multiple facilities. ✈Extensive Travel Required•This position requires travel. The Regional Quality Control Manager will travel regularly to Distribution Centers throughout: Virginia Pennsylvania New York Candidates must be willing and able to travel extensively based on business needs and Go-Live schedules. Key Responsibilities Lead Quality Control and Quality Assurance efforts for Distribution Center Go-Live and start-up projects. Travel to assigned facilities to conduct inspections, assess conditions, identify issues, and initiate corrective actions. Establish, implement, and continuously improve quality control standards and procedures. Evaluate production and warehouse operations to ensure products meet quality, integrity, functionality, and customer requirements. Develop and implement quality testing, inspection, and evaluation processes. Manage and maintain quality inspection and product release programs for incoming, in-process, and finished products. Supervise warehouse products and operations to ensure Quality Assurance standards are consistently maintained. Enforce plant and company quality standards. Monitor, enforce, and further develop HACCP programs. Ensure compliance with applicable Federal, State, and local regulations . Promote and reinforce GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety requirements. Conduct random inspections, quality audits, and quality control checks. Review quality documentation, including checklists, logs, reports, and inspection records, for accuracy and effectiveness. Analyze test and inspection results and recommend or approve necessary corrective actions and process improvements. Ensure quality assurance programs and procedures are properly implemented across facilities. Partner with operations, production, warehouse, sanitation, and management teams to establish and maintain quality standards. Facilitate communication between production teams, management, and other key stakeholders. Provide training and guidance to employees on quality, food safety, GMPs, and company procedures. Report quality and operational status to executive leadership and regulatory agencies when required. Promote a positive, collaborative, and accountable work environment. Ensure safety, production, sanitation, and food safety standards are consistently met. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is an experienced quality professional with strong leadership skills and a background in manufacturing, food safety, quality assurance, or distribution operations . Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related industrial, scientific, or business field. 5-10 years of related professional experience. At least 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or a similar role highly preferred. Strong knowledge of quality control standards, methodologies, and best practices. Strong understanding of manufacturing and production operations. Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, food safety, and regulatory compliance . Knowledge of

requirements . Strong leadership and supervisory skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to train, coach, and develop employees at various levels.
