Job Description
Overview This is a 2nd shift position (2pm - 10:30PM). Food manufacturing experience required. Bachelors degree required. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance and control initiatives within our manufacturing operations. This pivotal role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive quality management systems aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in industrial or manufacturing engineering, with a strong focus on quality standards such as ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, and CGMP. As a key leader, you will drive continuous improvement efforts, ensure compliance with FDA regulations and other legal standards, and foster a culture of quality excellence across cross-functional teams. Reporting to the FSQA Director, the QA Manager aids in ensuring the production and distribution of products meet or exceed all quality standards, in addition to adhering to company and regulatory standards. The QA manager will also support the continuous quality improvement program that which includes quality control and quality assurance.
