Job Description

Fluid Motion, LLC- manufacturers of Ranger Tugs, Solara and Cutwater Boats is looking to hire a quality control technician to our team in Auburn, WA facility.

Summary:

Assists in assuring Ensures that company standards and processes are being adhered to.

Hours:

Monday-Friday 5am-1:30pm

Pay:

$22-$25+/

DOE Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Auditing modules during build process ensuring station check lists are being adhered to, have been completed and are accurate. Help train employees in various tasks Tracking repeat items found on audit lists and communicating them to the QC manager. Work with engineering on prototypes and early production builds to ensure all issues have been resolved prior to production Communicate production issues to QC manager, plant manager, production coordinator and production leads Performing routine inspections and quality tests. Making recommendations for improvement. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) Prior experience in recreational or work boat manufacturing Experience with marine systems, propulsion and electronics Personal boats skills a plus Good communication skills Computer skills
