Job Description
Quality Control Manager (QCM) - USACE / NAVFAC Federal Construction Projects ★ Estimated salary range: $120,000 to $155,000 per year. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, certifications, project requirements, location, and internal alignment/level. ★ Benefits include profit sharing for full-time employees, medical, dental, and vision insurance (including the Federal Employee Health Benefits program), 401(k), PTO, paid holidays, family leave (including FMLA). Doyon Government Group (DGG) provides design-build and general construction services nationwide for government and military facilities. DGG is seeking an experienced Construction Quality Control Manager (QCM) to oversee quality programs on U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) or Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) federal projects . Key Responsibilities Develop and manage the project Quality Control (QC) Plan per contract requirements Perform daily quality inspections and coordinate required testing Coordinate with Superintendents, SSHOs, and subcontractors on new Definable Features of Work (DFOW) Review and manage submittals, RFIs, and quality documentation Track and resolve deficiencies through corrective actions and follow-up inspections Maintain daily reports, inspection logs, and quality records Qualifications 7+ years of professional construction experience Requires 3+ years serving as a QCM on USACE or NAVFAC construction projects Experience implementing a three-phase Quality Control (QC) plan Strong knowledge of contract specifications, quality control plans, and federal construction requirements Must be proficient with
USACE RMS, NAVFAC
QCS, or similar reporting software Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and able to use independently Strong communication, documentation, and leadership skills Join Doyon to deliver safe, compliant, high-quality federal construction projects!Pay:
