To support the delivery of products that consistently meet internal and customer expectations, we are seeking a self-motivated and adaptable Quality Assurance Manager. Accrued in accordance with Washington State law; eligible for use after 90 days of employment The Quality Assurance Manager develops and maintains quality standards in accordance with local, state, federal regulations and standards, with consideration for applicable international markets. This individual is responsible for ensuring the company's products and processes meet established quality standards.Location:
Our facility is located in the Irongate district in Bellingham, Washington. This is an in-person role and would require relocation for candidates who do not currently live in the area.Responsibilities:
Support development of new and changes to products, processes, software, equipment, or facility areas Promote customer focus throughout the organization, using a team-based approach Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement controls and improvements Ensure federal, state, and local requirements are met for hygienic and safe operations Audit staff compliance and monitor processes against delivery of their intended outputs Support all change control in-process and completed documentation Exceptional maintenance of documentation and information, and ensure review by appropriate approvers Support timeliness of recall activities as needed, and provide investigatory results Report to management issues or discrepancies observed in the quality of incoming materials, reagents, and equipment, or the performance of a supplierExperience:
1-3 years in a quality assurance role in an FDA facility producing OTC productsEducation:
AA or Bachelor's Degree preferred, or related job experienceQualifications:
Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze data and create and review processes with excellent attention to detail Willingness to assist other departments to develop solutions and metrics that improve company quality standards Must be able to adapt quickly to changes in policy, procedure, and technique Must be 21+ in compliance with WA LCB guidelines.
