Senior Industrial Fitter & Fabricator Bellingham, WA Full-Time | 40-50 hrs./week $30.00 - $40.00/hour (DOE) A-1 Welding is hiring a senior experienced Industrial Fitter & Fabricator . 5 years experience required. This is not a beam shop role — we build complex, custom parts and assemblies . We're looking for someone who can think through fit-up, manage workflow, and keep welders fed with ready work. Key Responsibilities Read and work from shop drawings and prints Fit and assemble complex parts and weldments Stage and manage work to maintain consistent flow to welders Perform shop fabrication: cutting, drilling, grinding, prep, fit-up Weld as needed Requirements 5+ years fabrication / fitting experience Strong fitting experience (primary focus) Strong basic math skills Strong reasoning skills Ability to work from prints without hand-holding Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work overtime when needed

Certifications:
