Qualifications:

Must have knowledge of WA state grade standards. Must have basic computer knowledge. Must have great verbal and written communication skills. Must have good leadership abilities. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to supervise/train employees. Must be able to work with little or no supervision. Oracle, Discover knowledge is a plus. Previous supervisor experience preferred. Must be flexible with working schedule. Bilingual is a plus.

Duties:

Assist QA supervisor in daily operations. Develop and maintain knowledge of product specifications and grade levels. Monitor Production Lines to ensure grade specifications are being met. Give accurate and timely feedback on product conditions. Monitor product quality individually and through QC staff. Ensure SQF, cleanliness and safety standards are maintained continuously. Evaluate and ensure individual customer standards are met. Provide excellent customer services. Train new employees. Provide feedback to line supervisor concerning fruit quality and standards.
