Duties Monitor line production levels, managing team and equipment to meet established goals. Assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding quality and take appropriate corrective action. Manages line staff and schedules. Oversee the training and development of assigned staff to facilitate a high performing work group. Investigate accidents or injuries and prepares reports and findings. Monitor employees' work levels and review work performance. Ensure the packed produce by general labor employees are meeting quality standards. Report to management of any conditions or practices that may adversely affect food safety, food quality or personnel safety. Adhere to all company and safety policies and procedures. Adhere to safe work practices, follow GMP's, maintain sanitary conditions and ensure that product quality is maintained. Keep area clean and orderly in accordance with Safe Quality Food (SQF) standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's). Attend meetings and trainings as required. Maintain a good working relationship with employees through strong interpersonal and oral communication, teamwork, counseling, and fair / consistent enforcement of company policies and procedures. Other duties as identified or assigned. Requirements Two or more years of experience of tree fruit warehouse operations preferred. Experience handling multiple projects and duties, following and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures as well as safety. Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills. Team building and employee training and development skills. Must be able to work independently and in group settings. Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Intermediate to advance computer skills. Bilingual in English/Spanish required.

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
