Green Bay, WI Job Details Full-time $75,000 - $85,000 a year 15 hours ago Benefits Paid holidays Disability insurance Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Life insurance Qualifications Management English Supervising experience Policy & process development Managing product quality assurance teams Customer complaint resolution Full Job Description As Quality Supervisor, you'll provide quality leadership across two facilities, implementing consistent quality standards and ensuring compliance, strong customer outcomes, and BRC certification readiness at both sites. You'll partner closely with the General Managers at each location to embed quality accountability at the site level — with the authority to reject raw materials, stop production, perform QC testing, and stop shipments when quality standards aren't met. If you're a hands-on quality leader who thrives on solving problems, coaching teams, and keeping standards high, we want to hear from you What You'll Do Implement and maintain quality programs in alignment with company-wide standards, including BRC procedures across both facilities Direct, oversee, and evaluate conformance against quality standards Lead compliance and recertification audits; keep management informed of requirements and follow-up actions Drive quality performance improvement and lead root cause / corrective action initiatives across both facilities Coach and mentor site teams on process improvement and error-proofing practices Train staff on BRC requirements, quality standards, and site procedures Manage internal audit program Evaluate quality testing methods and equipment to strengthen site-level QA capabilities Partner with Quality Technicians to develop best practices, including special requirements for key accounts Work directly with customers on complaints, corrective/preventive actions, and quality correspondence Administer the NCR process, support internal teams to define root cause, and identify corrective actions with internal teams Prepare quality reports and metrics, including monthly trending reports, Sigma/DPMO/Cpk/Yield data, and weekly quality updates Support REACH, RoHS, Prop 65, PFAS, and other regulatory compliance duties Drive reduction in Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) through consistent, standardized processes Develop and maintain work instructions and training materials Promote and follow established safety policies and procedures
What You'll Need Required:
3+ years of direct experience in a Quality supervisory role, including designing, implementing, and maintaining quality programs
Required:
Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in
English Preferred:
