Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Supervisor to lead our quality assurance team. In this role, you will oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality systems across manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement initiatives, uphold rigorous quality standards, and foster cross-functional collaboration to deliver excellence in every product. Duties Lead and coordinate quality control activities throughout the manufacturing process to ensure adherence to
ISO 9001
standards and other regulatory requirements. Conduct comprehensive quality audits and inspections to verify compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and other applicable standards. Develop, implement, and monitor quality management systems aligned with ISO standards; identify opportunities for process improvements using Six Sigma methodologies. Provide training and guidance to production teams on quality standards in production, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), GMP, and lean management principles. Analyze quality data to identify root causes of defects or non-conformances; lead corrective actions and preventive measures to enhance product quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and regulatory affairs to ensure seamless communication on quality issues. Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, audit findings, and compliance status for management review. Qualifications Proven experience practicing in an industrial or manufacturing engineering role with a strong focus on quality assurance and control. Extensive knowledge of
ISO 9001
standards, GMP regulations, HACCP principles, and ISO. Demonstrated expertise in conducting quality audits, implementing quality systems, and performing analysis skills for root cause investigation. Familiarity with Six Sigma manufacturing techniques, lean management practices, GD&T principles, and QA/QC processes. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster cross-functional communication. Excellent problem-solving abilities combined with attention to detail in maintaining regulatory compliance standards in production environments.
