Quality Control Manager- Advanced Bridge Fabrication Menomonie, Wisconsin Competitive Salary + Bonus (12.5%) + Full Benefits Structural Steel Fabrication The Company You'll be joining a major U.S. structural steel fabricator supporting high‑profile infrastructure and heavy construction projects nationwide. With multiple large facilities, long-term investment in people, and a reputation built on safety and precision, this is a place where quality isn't a department - it's the culture. As the business continues to scale, they're strengthening plant-level leadership to support growth and maintain the standards that keep them AISC‑certified and trusted by top-tier contractors. The Role You'll be the person who ensures every beam, weld, and connection leaving the facility meets the standard the industry expects - and the standard the company is known for. Lead and mentor the plant quality team, setting daily inspection priorities Oversee welding, fit-up, and fabrication quality against industry codes Coordinate NDT activities and maintain accurate inspection records Prepare the facility for certification audits and maintain compliance documentation Partner with production, project management, and external inspectors to resolve issues quickly and confidently The Candidate You're someone who takes pride in precision and knows how to build a culture of quality on the shop floor.
