The following duties are normal for this position. The incumbent may perform some or all of these duties; however, it is not an exclusive or all-inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned. Own and manage the internal audit program for site Quality Systems, including audit planning, execution, findings management, corrective action follow‑up, and continuous improvement of audit effectiveness. Lead all external audit activities, including customer, third‑party, and certification audits, serving as the primary site contact and ensuring audit readiness, coordination, compliance, and timely closure of findings. Act as the primary Quality interface for customer and third‑party requirements, ensuring expectations are clearly understood, communicated, and embedded into site processes and practices. Establish, monitor, and report Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), driving visibility and accountability across the facility, including but not limited to: First Pass Yield Cost of Quality (COQ) Waste Reduction across all categories Inspection and Editing Costs Analyze quality performance trends and lead action planning to address gaps, improve outcomes, and support operational and financial objectives. Provide Quality leadership support for all new production and product launches, ensuring quality readiness, risk identification, and standardization prior to and during launch. Own the completion and management of all supplier and customer claims and credits, ensuring timely resolution, financial accuracy, and systemic corrective actions. Lead the management of internal and external customer corrective actions, ensuring root cause rigor, effective countermeasures, cross‑functional accountability, and sustained results. Prepare and deliver all required monthly quality and performance reporting, providing clear insights, risks, and recommendations to the leadership team. Support, coach, and develop the Quality Team, driving capability building, alignment to quality standards, and consistent execution of quality processes. Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) projects aligned with Plant Strategic Plans, utilizing structured problem‑solving and data‑driven methodologies to deliver measurable operational gains. Represent the site in Monthly Quality Collaboration Meetings sharing best practices, addressing systemic issues, and ensuring alignment across the network. Participate in New Product Approval and Launch activities.

Other Requirements (education, experience, skills/knowledge) Bachelor's Degree Lean Facilitator Certification or equivalent experience 3-5 years experience in Quality Management Systems and Lean tools Knowledge of flexographic printing products and flexographic printing capabilities preferred. Excellent organizational abilities in handling multiple projects. Exceptional computer skills and understanding of ERP system.
