Reporting to the Director of Quality, you'll oversee our day-to-day quality operations while helping maintain our AS9100D-certified Quality Management System and ensuring every product leaving our facility meets the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do As our Quality Manager, you will: Lead, coach, and develop the Quality team Oversee receiving, in-process, final, and first article inspections Maintain and continuously improve our AS9100D Quality Management System Lead root cause investigations and drive effective corrective actions Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations to improve quality and processes Manage customer quality concerns, supplier quality issues, and internal quality initiatives Oversee calibration programs, audits, and quality documentation Monitor quality metrics including scrap, rework, customer complaints, and corrective action effectiveness Champion Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives Foster a culture where quality, accountability, and teamwork are part of everyday operations What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED Five or more years of progressive Quality Assurance or Quality Management experience within manufacturing Experience working within an AS9100D and/or
ISO 9001
Quality Management System Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T Experience leading root cause investigations and implementing corrective actions Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related field Experience in aerospace, defense, precision machining, or other high-precision manufacturing Previous leadership experience managing quality teams ASQ certifications (CQE, CMQ/OE, CQA) AS9100 Lead Auditor certification Experience with: AS9102 First Article Inspection Customer and supplier audits CMM inspection Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma Benefits We believe great employees deserve great benefits.
