Job Description

Position Title:
Quality Manager Wage:
Based on Experience Our client in Richfield, WI is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and strengthen their quality systems, ensure compliance with industry standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. This is a key leadership role responsible for maintaining high standards of product and process quality while partnering closely with operations, engineering, and supply chain teams. What You'll Do:
Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) Ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and customer requirements Oversee quality assurance and quality control activities across operations Conduct internal audits and support external audits and certifications Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) Monitor quality metrics and provide reporting and insights to leadership Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve quality issues and improve processes Lead continuous improvement efforts using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies Manage documentation control, change processes, and quality records Provide training and guidance to team members on quality standards and best practices Support supplier quality evaluation and performance monitoring
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience in quality management, quality assurance, or similar roles Strong understanding of QMS standards (e.g., ISO 9001 or industry-specific standards) Experience with audits, CAPA, and root cause analysis Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Nice to
Have:
Certifications such as ASQ (CQM, CQE) or Six Sigma Experience in [insert client's industry here] Familiarity with ERP or quality management systems
