Job Description:
The QA/QC Inspector is an expert-level position responsible for performing quality assurance and quality control inspection activities both on and off-site. This role ensures that all maintenance work, materials, and parts meet established quality standards through comprehensive inspection processes, documentation review, and testing oversight. The position requires an advanced understanding of quality disciplines and the ability to provide specialized technical guidance to others within the department.
Responsibilities:
Identify all non-conformances and record and report as necessary Perform QA/QC inspection on and off-site Perform in-progress and final inspection of maintenance performed to ensure all quality standards have been met Perform raw material and parts inspection Prepare all necessary forms and paperwork needed Inspect for proper use of tools, proper repairs, and proper adjustments Perform review of vendor quality documentation Develop inspection and test plans Witness quality tests on behalf of the project Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested
Skills and Qualifications:
Required Experience:
Expert level, typically 10+ years of experience
Required Skills and Competencies:
Understands advanced aspects of discipline and is viewed as an expert in a given field Applies broad range of competencies to develop solutions to complex problems Influences others to achieve objectives Often provides specialized/technical/functional guidance to others within department and/or business asset

Pay:
$67.06 - $78.60
