Job Duties Inspect products for quality defects, review findings with supervisors, and help decide if products meet quality standards. Complete quality inspection reports, record measurements, document defects, and track inspection results accurately. Process customer returns, verify product condition, and record returned quantities and inspection outcomes. Support a safe, clean, and organized work environment by following workplace safety procedures and housekeeping standards. Follow company policies, maintain accurate records, and assist with additional quality control and warehouse duties as assigned. Experience Requirements 1 year of quality experience. Steel-toes. Computer skills. Must be able to measure garments. Must have a good visual sense of color. Must be able to work with minimal supervision. Basic understanding of safety requirements for lifting and equipment maintenance. Basic math skills. Take initiative and be a good team player. What You Will Do As a Quality Control Worker you will inspect incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to verify compliance with quality standards and engineering specifications.
