Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Work from drawings, models, charts, or specifications, use measurement instruments to check and verify own work and work of others as required. Perform CMM best practices with both machine operation and quality inspection methods. Perform surface plate layout and inspection using conventional measurement equipment as required for production or operational needs. Operate and run Vision/Touch and Scanning Probe systems. Interpret blueprints and specifications related to geometric tolerancing, gauging, statistical requirements, control plans and other customer/internal requirements. Willingness to learn new technologies and machine/equipment applications Assist with corrective and preventative actions as required. Consistently meet or exceed productivity and assist in maintaining excellent product quality. Keep accurate counts on parts to ensure quantities match the job traveler and ERP system. Ability to take direction from lead or manager. Read, comprehend, and perform duties as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Always maintain acceptable housekeeping standards to ensure a safe and productive work environment for all employees. Continually suggest and support implementation of ideas to improve safety, quality, cost, and on-time delivery; work to help make Intech a better company and better place to work.
