The Quality Coordinator responsibilities include supporting and maintaining the organization's Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure products, processes, and services meet established quality standards and customer requirements. This position supports quality inspections, audits, documentation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement while working with various departments to resolve quality concerns.Pay Range:
$22.00- $22.

Inquire about shift availabilityEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor compliance with company quality standards, procedures, customer requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Conduct product, material, and process inspections, audits, and quality checks.
- Investigate quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformances and assist with corrective actions.
- Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate internal and external quality audits and support QMS activities.
- Track quality metrics and prepare reports for management.
- Work with production, engineering, purchasing, customer service, and suppliers to resolve quality concerns.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and employee training related to quality procedures.
- Monitor supplier quality and support supplier corrective actions.
Job Requirements:
- Promoted from Production Operator.
- 1-2 years of experience with injection molding, robotics, mold temperature controllers, or automotive manufacturing preferred.
- Knowledge of molding machine components and common molding defects.
- Ability to accurately complete paperwork and follow schedules, work instructions, and procedures.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to use hands to handle small parts and inspect products.
- Ability to work safely around machinery, noise, fumes, and other manufacturing hazards while wearing required PPE.
