Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Quality Coordinator to support quality operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position will help ensure products and processes meet established quality standards, customer requirements, and company procedures.

Skills and Experience:

Coordinate and support daily quality control activities within the facility Inspect products and materials to ensure they meet required specifications Document quality issues, defects, and non-conforming materials Maintain accurate quality records, inspection reports, and documentation Assist with investigating quality concerns and identifying root causes Work with production teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurring defects Monitor manufacturing processes for compliance with quality standards Assist with corrective and preventive action documentation Track quality trends, defects, and performance data Help prepare documentation for internal and external audits Communicate quality concerns to supervisors, management, and production employees Ensure proper procedures and work instructions are being followed Assist with training employees on quality standards and inspection procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Perform additional quality-related duties as assigned Qualifications Previous quality control, quality assurance, or manufacturing experience preferred Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to read and understand specifications, procedures, and work instructions Good computer and data-entry skills Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation Ability to work effectively with production, management, and other departments Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities
