Duties Lead QMS Compliance — Maintain and improve TS Tech's Quality Management System in alignment with
IATF 16949 , ISO 9001
, and Honda customer requirements. Drive Audit Readiness — Plan, conduct, and support internal, external, and customer audits; manage corrective actions to closure. Support Production Quality — Partner with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance to resolve issues and strengthen process controls. Manage Customer Requirements — Interpret and implement customer-specific quality standards; support customer communication and reporting. Analyze Quality Data — Review defect trends, scrap, capability data, and audit findings to drive continuous improvement. Train & Develop Teams — Deliver QMS training, documentation guidance, and audit preparation for associates. Support Quality Leadership — Assist the Quality Manager with strategic initiatives, reporting, and system improvements. Qualifications Prior QMR or Assistant Manager experience Auditor certification (IATF, ISO 9001, VDA 6.3) Experience with Honda or other OEM/Tier‑1 customer portals Background in supplier quality or incoming inspection 3-5+ years of automotive manufacturing quality experience Strong knowledge of
