If you've worked with multimeters, oscilloscopes, or automated test equipment and you take pride in catching defects before they reach the customer, this role is for you. You'll work in a structured, team-based production environment with modern test equipment and clear procedures. What You'll Do Set up and operate electronic test equipment to verify components and assemblies against test procedures Run defined test plans and record results accurately in test documentation Perform visual and dimensional inspections to spot defects and workmanship issues Support troubleshooting of failed units through re-tests and data gathering Escalate test failures and quality concerns to supervisors, engineers, or quality staff Follow work instructions, test procedures, and safety guidelines Keep the test area clean, organized, and products handled with care Work with production, engineering, and quality teams to meet schedules What You Bring Hands-on experience with electronic test equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, power supply, or ATE) Quality control or inspection experience in manufacturing, electronics, or a similar technical setting Ability to read and follow test procedures and work instructions Basic electronics knowledge: recognizing common components and test points Experience supporting troubleshooting of test failures Strong attention to detail in data entry and recordkeeping Clear communication and a team-player attitude High school diploma or GED Nice to Have Experience with ATE or computer-based test systems Background in high-volume or contract manufacturing (EMS) Exposure to Lean, 5S, or continuous improvement Ability to read basic schematics, wiring diagrams, or assembly drawings Technical certificate or coursework in electronics Quality or test certifications (e.g., IPC-A-610)
